Ordering and Shipping Products
When ordering from the online store, the payment methods are PayPal or cash (debit/credit card) upon product pickup.
We currently deliver orders only within Finland and to customers aged 15 and older.
Orders are shipped on weekdays.
Deliveries are made to the nearest Posti or Matkahuolto service point, or to a parcel locker.
Delivery time is typically 3–5 days. The shipping costs depend on the product's weight.
If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, please notify us immediately—no later than 14 days—by email at hanna@hannashandmade.com.
If the packaging is damaged during delivery, report it directly to the responsible delivery company.
Exchange and Return Policy
You have a 14-day right of exchange and return guarantee in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. As a customer, you may exchange or return part or all of your order. However returned or exchanged products must be in sellable condition and in their original packaging.
If you wish to exchange or return a product, please follow the instructions below. Include your name, address, phone number, and bank account number for any potential refund. If you exchange the product for a cheaper one, the difference will be refunded.
Instructions for Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
Notify us of your intention to exchange or return by email: hanna@hannashandmade.com. You will receive the return address via email. Please also state the reason for the exchange or return.
Pack the product securely.
Send the product to the address provided via email.
Include your name, full contact details, and bank account number.
If exchanging, include detailed information about the product you wish to receive instead.
For refunds, include your bank account number in the international format (IBAN).
Cancelling Orders, Product Liability, and Complaints
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by notifying us via email at hanna@hannashandmade.com.
We are legally responsible for defects in sold products. In case of complaints, contact us by phone at +358 40 756 1440 or by email at hanna@hannashandmade.com.
As a consumer, you have the right to take any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
